Legacy & Vision
Our evolution from StreetRally and SRR1/2 to SRR3 is paving the way for the ultimate goal: StreetRace Nation.
StreetRally
Our debut racing game focused on drifting fun with GTA-style visuals and realistic physics. Over 1.5 million players raced on snow, ice, tarmac, and sand, navigating traffic for extra challenge.
Modes ranged from time trials to pursuits and multiplayer, while career mode let players build garages, tune cars, and manage crews, earning it a devoted fanbase.
StreetRace Rivals
Was Facebook's top game in its genre, with tens of millions of players and a peak of 3 million monthly racers. It delivered intense drag races in iconic cities, where players started with basic cars, upgrading them through winnings to dominate the scene. The garage building and customization options were key to engaging its dedicated community.
StreetRace Rivals 2
The sequel game ‘StreetRace Rivals 2‘ was a popular drag racing game that allowed players to compete against opponents worldwide. It was a simplified version of the previous game, without the garage and crew aspect, and focused more on the precision of gear changes and launching. Customization and upgrading remained a significant part of the game.
StreetRace Rivals 3
The latest in the series brings a modern feel with a bit of retro style. It’s lightweight and optimized for HTML5, Android, and iOS. It’s got smoother gameplay, high quality graphics, and an all-new design.
StreetRace Nation
StreetRace Nation returns to its roots with a focus on strategy, where racing is just the beginning. Build the ultimate garage, hire skilled crews, master detailed tuning, and customize rides to perfection—all while racing, tuning client cars, and dominating the streets for profit and glory!

Technical Details
Development Language
Written in HAXE, a versatile, cross-platform language ideal for lightweight and efficient game development.
Cross-Platform Support
The current version is built with HTML5 and Facebook in mind, designed for future Android and iOS releases.
Graphics System:
All graphics are 2D and tileset-based, keeping the game lightweight while maintaining a polished and stylish look. The total game size is about 50 MB.
Data-Driven Mechanics
Gameplay mechanics are fine-tuned using data from millions of players, ensuring a balanced and engaging experience for everyone.
Scalable Design
A modular architecture supports future updates, allowing for the easy addition of cars, races, events, and features.
Admin Module
There's a separate admin module for setting up cars, upgrades, levels, and worlds. It runs on Windows and exports data as JSON, with the option to post data to a server for handling.
Admin Tools
-
Tile Generator Tool: Built in Adobe Air, this tool makes it easy to import and set up graphics. It exports, slices, integrates bitmap fonts, and generates final tilesets and data files for the game.
-
Visual Template System: A system for designing and setting up game UI graphics.
-
Track Builder: Tracks are built in two layers, each consisting of three parts: the start, end, and a looping middle section. The graphics are designed to seamlessly match and fit all track lengths by looping the middle part.
-
Car Graphics Setup Tool: This tool handles car graphics and all tuning parts. Tilesets are generated for each car.
-
Miscellaneous Tools: A collection of smaller tools, including a roadpack + track graphics tileset generator, a map point placement tool for distributing points equally along a predefined path, and a car tuning template system for AI opponents, along with other various tools.
Current Status
SRR3 is near completion, with core features and gameplay mechanics fully implemented , pending the final push to bring it to market.
Cars
The game includes 30 fully prepped cars with customization and upgrades, plus the option to import cars from previous games with their 3D models, tuning, and customization data.
The isometric car viewport design is a prep step for StreetRace Nation, where all cars will be fully visible in the garage.
Tutorial
The initial tutorial guides new players through the main game mechanics. System allows for easy addition of new lessons, and works as a multi-stage system to support players later in their journey.
Gangs & Bosses
Six gangs with five members each are fully complete, each with a distinctive style and logo. Every gang has a boss, and each member features a unique car, description, and taunts. The option to win a boss's car through pink slip racing is nearly finished but not implemented yet.
Opponents
There are 280 unique opponents, each with their own picture and distinct car tuning style. Opponents are spaced out so it feels like there’s always someone new to face. Cars are system-generated based on game needs but always reflect the opponent’s unique tuning style.
Map
The map for 4 worlds/stages is fully complete, featuring great variety and detail that fits the game's overall style. Data for cars, opponents, gangs, and levels is ready up to world 6. The map is currently progression-based, but a live map is planned for the future.
Virtual Server
We’ve integrated a basic virtual server into SRR3 that handles all queries locally, letting the game run offline. In the future, it will sync with an online server once connected.
Another advantage is how easy it is to implement on other systems, as all player data is stored in a single JSON string.Racing
Race lengths range from 1000 feet to 1 mile, with modes like standard, gang, boss, high-stakes, and one-mile challenges.
Each level has three difficulty levels (stars), and opponents are cached until you beat them.
Two rubber band systems adjust early races and match opponents to your win/loss streak.Engagement
- Wheel of Fortune: Spin daily to win various rewards.
- Achievements: Unlock 19 initial achievements by completing challenges such as winning races, hitting top speeds, or upgrading cars.
- Daily Bonus: Claim rewards every day, with better bonuses for consecutive logins to keep you coming back.
- Free Fuel Refill Stations: Located on the map, these stations offer two free fuel refills daily, keeping you in the race longer.
Tracks
There are 8 example tracks built using the same road and object packs. New tracks are easy to create and can be any width, though the example tracks have just 2 lanes.
Audio
Most audio effects are already integrated, with the dynamic car audio system nearly finished (each car will have its own unique, realistic engine sound). The game also includes 7 royalty-free audio tracks that switch style depending on whether the player is racing or in the map area.
Current Needs & Funding
StreetRace Rivals is Ready for Launch — With Your Support!
Server-Side Missing Components
The server-side part, including database handling and query management, is currently missing. However, there is comprehensive documentation available, along with examples for each query and all the database tables, making it easier to implement the server-side functionality.
Facebook Integration
To release the game on Facebook, we need to complete the API interactions, authentication, and social functionality. We have experience with Facebook integration from previous games, so we already have example code and the necessary knowledge to add the required social features to the game.
Content Expansion
Although the game is technically ready for release, it currently has limited content. To enhance the experience, we plan to add more cars with additional customization parts, a wider variety of track graphics, new race types, and more social and engagement features.
Testing, Debugging, and Optimizations
The game will need some testing and debugging to ensure everything runs smoothly. We'll also look for possible optimizations to improve performance before release, with further optimizations planned post-launch to keep the game running at its best.
Marketing
We need a well-rounded marketing strategy to promote our game and attract players. This includes traditional marketing efforts, such as ads and partnerships, alongside social marketing.
Funding Needs
- Additional funding to finalize SRR3 and fuel marketing efforts
- Seed investment to accelerate StreetRace Nation development
- Opportunities for publishers, investors, and crowdfunding partners
Vision for Future
- SRR3 as the foundation for a larger gaming universe with StreetRace Nation
